The schools can administer these studies in person or via the internet with students, parents, teachers and school employees. The data is analyzed and presented to teachers and school administrators and includes clear and constructive feedback that can be employed in improving teaching methods and the schools as a whole. The company oversees the entire study process, from its conception to the application of the study and the preparation of reports and monitoring analyzes. Issues that can be studied include: the temperature in schools, bullying, parental participation, teacher support, the work environment, social and emotional learning, university study and career preparation and student safety.

In one district, for example, the study revealed that teachers were very concerned with the students. The students, however, where unaware of this. The study helped teachers to understand that they needed to show their students that they cared about them.
